Laser Welding Machine

Suitable for welding the segment on the shank. Designed to interface with CO2 laser generator and the distributor. Equipped with the table which has a special magnetic welding jig and clamping device to fix the segments. Equipped with a precision spindle and servo motor to drive a table at regular speed and precise rotation.
 
Main parts and feature

• Welding table  : Double welding tables which is precisely controlled by servo motor
• Center bore holder : Assembled with main shaft as one body so as to increase the precision of shank rotation.
• Welding jig : Convenient to load the jig on the table thanks to double magnetic system of jig which consisted of inner ring for the shank and outer ring for the segments, suitable for obtaining a regular clearance for welding between segments and shank.
• Segment clamp device : Minimize welding deformation by clamping both sides of segment.
• Generator : Connect to operation panel and interface with each other
• Distributor : Connect to the support panel being prepared
• Single table or triple tables are available on request.
